Enrollment Specialist

You will be responsible for managing students throughout the 160 CDL training program, alongside the Business Development Specialist. To be successful, you will need to be extremely organized, maintaining and storing accurate student databases. Accurate state files per local regulations are also critical to both the company's and your personal success. You will also be responsible for helping students during the duration of their training – answering questions, addressing issues, and scheduling testing appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a supporter to 160 students from day of enrollment through graduation
- Manage all day-to-day on-site operations and responsibilities of your 160 branch, alongside the Business Development Specialist
- Open/Close office daily
- Maintain accurate student and state files
- Complete enrollment paperwork and collect tuition payments when applicable
- Build long last professional relationships with students throughout the duration of their career
- Provide coverage when the Business Development Specialist is out of the office

Qualifications/Skills and Education:
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
